What part of Trump controls the judicial system don’t you people get. He packed the courts with judges loyalists to him
In order to pass major legislation on immigration reform, it is necessary for him to have the support of Democratic Senators to reach the 60-vote threshold. It is unlikely that Thune will eliminate the filibuster for this purpose. If they were to attempt to push it through a budget reconciliation bill, it would still face significant obstacles.

The ability to achieve this goal will depend on whether the Senate parliamentarian determines that it aligns with the chamber's Byrd Rule. However, GOP senators could potentially override the parliamentarian to advance Trump's key legislative priorities.

I do acknowledge that DACA may not serve as the bargaining tool we anticipate, not only with Republicans but also with Democrats. Democrats did not mention us in their stringent border bill, even with a Democratic president, what makes us believe that they will support any other bill moving forward with a Republican president?
