I would rather those prison dollars go to Latin America than to greedy overfed prison corporations in the US that nickel and dime the taxpayer. They have goofy contracts where they require a certain amount of people in cells or the city/state/whatever pays an extra fee. A big incentive for the incarceration problem and this country is chock full of native born criminals. Just open the news. You'll see them all.
