I think the stay of deportation is legal but not the granting of work permits. But lol i don't trust congress to save my hide, they can't even save citizen's hide.

The good news here is that Trump can force congress to get a deal done. It's all threats to primary, but it works.

Turns out you need someone that can put fear of primaries into them to get them to work.
