I just read the article. OMG, they said they would keep him in detention until his DACA expired and then deport him cuz he couldn’t renew his DACA. This is scary. It seems like he had no choices and no criminal record or order of removal. His only crime was entering illegally and really he shouldn’t be held at fault for that because he was a kid.
