I will also add that if a section fails under the Byrd rule then it's basically crossed out and the rest of the bill can proceed. I mean hell imagine an entire bill thousand page bill getting tossed? Nobody could pass shit using that thing. I am also not sure if the contentions are raised in a group or one by one, but ultimately that doesn't matter, the decisions are on section by section basis.
