Though this is the Trump administration, so there's always more risk even when an arrest does not lead to a conviction. oh, I learned believe me, I was just in a really bad spot mentally wasn't thinking.. I posted the same question on avvo and an attorney said that since i didn't disclose the arrest there is
a high probability of getting denied.. not sure if hes just being pessimistic or if that is actually the case..
