People need to relax and remind themselves that e-Daca was blocked because of the Administrative Procedure Act . It was not blocked because it was “unconstitutional”. We also have to remind ourselves that Trump is still hiding documents on the decision that led him to end DACA in the first place.

Let’s also take in consideration that it’s always easier to kill something that hasn’t gone into effect. e-DACA never went into effect which made that much easier to kill the program. DACA has been around for 5 years now. The court will take this into consideration.
