Joey's statesmanship and steadfast vision towards getting shit down, evidenced by the America Rescue Plan, will be the key difference this time. I expect this to be a full bipartisan bill. From the R's I believe Mitty Romney will be a key player leading the pack to provide the remainder of the votes with the majority of the votes coming from the D's.
