Well, not necessarily blue. That was just a random color I picked.

Choose whatever, but I find white works well and gives things a nice clean look. Light gray colors do the same trick as well.

Thing is, too much red, or salmon-colors seem somewhat distracting. The red in the logo acts as a sort of vignette for the page layout. You don't want to overkill it.

My main gripe is that currently, there are too many connecting (adjacent) shades of blue/purple. Adding a splash of white in between them would liven up the place, and create an illusion of "negative" space, which is essential to have when designing anything.


















Or you can make everything Red and Green seeing as it is Christmas!@!
