McConnell is over-playing his hand here.

If he keeps this up, the filibuster will be gone for sure and gives Schumer and Democrats a lot of political capital.

Schumer is the Majority Leader and he needs to act like one, can't take threats from McConnell like McConnell is still somehow leader.
