We were told to call and push for the DA, we did so yet he didn't make any serious effort to help us out, we've already been cast aside as everyone's now quiet about the DA, even though votes were just a few days ago. I don't believe anything he has to say.
It's just Dream Act is sooooooo controversial (NOT!).

DA was never negotiated - Luis Gutierrez was lying and Obama was lying, they only intended to vote for it, not work to pass it. And please, please people, do not give power to "Spanish language" media (aka, Univision, Telemundo, etc) who only use immigration rights issues as a way to ramp up ratings, so that they increase viewership, and in turn increase advertising profits. Their coverage of these issues is limited to 5-7 minute segments twice a day during their national news cast (a 30 min program). IE: On today's broadcast they claimed that now that elections are over, Obama and the White House are ready to push for "immigration reform". This is so misleading that it borders on criminal.

Go back and review videos of Jorge Ramos's interview with Reid prior to the election and see for yourseves how he played the game for Reid by NOT disclosing in the original airing that Reid planned to bring up DA to a vote after the elections. Until the night Reid won; he only broadcast the part where Reid said he would bring it back to the floor in the lameduck session (no timeline). Ramos is a darling of the White House; loves to be dined and wined by "the President". He isn't unbiased. I watched his "questioning" of the White House's Cecilia Munoz this past Sunday and he prodded her: "Cecilia, tell us how much the president worked to get Dream Act to pass, but it just couldn't happen?" . Munoz then responded by saying that "it just wasn't our time"; while he nodded in approval and thanked her.

Organizing for America is salivating at the sheer number of DA activists that can mobilize to help Obama get re-elected.

Um...no. You, Mr. President, cannot begin to imagine what is to live in fear of deportation and apparently you do not care. Dreamers will not be your free army for re-election.
