Weekly Address: Time to Pass Commonsense Immigration Reform

In this week's address, President Obama says that the United States Senate will soon take action to fix our broken immigration system with a commonsense bill, and urges lawmakers to act quickly to pass this bill so that we can continue to live up to our traditions as a nation of laws, and also a nation of immigrants.

Iono how i feel about this, Repubs are being real dickwads going agaisnt everything Obama wants. I mean i feel happy that Obama keeps pressuring congress, but it does look grim at what the repubs are pulling off.

After the PRISM scandal not sure how people will take Obama now

His reputation is tarred all aright, PRISM is arguably the biggest scandal to rock D.C. in over three decades. But the basic fundamental structure of the legislation remains, essentially it all comes down to the house. Given that the Dems will have 190+ votes, all we essentially need are twenty-thirty Republicans. I have confidence the speaker and Ryan can rally that measly sum. I'm confident of passage.

As a narcissistic liar? He certainly fits the psychological profile, but then again so does every other politician. Hopefully CIR becomes law before he gets impeached or decides to resign in order to save face, both scenarios are unlikely, unless more scandals are brought to light, we shall soon find out as the freak show continues
