Am I the only one that reads the news? While all of you are celebrating all the talk from the Speaker, his own party voted to resume deportation of DREAM Act eligible immigrants .

So much for "comprehensive" reform support in the House

Uhhh...this is 4 day old news. Although it's a douche bag move, it'll not get through the Senate and Obama has said he'll outright veto it. More incentive to get CIR done now.

Indeed.

It is a dick move that I'm interpreting as a way to get back at Obama, even if some of those Republicans secretly would vote for CIR/DA. Anything he does seems to warrant the fiercest opposition from House Republicans, even if they secretly agree with what Obama espouses...
