This guy is deranged. He not only opposes immigrants, but living things (that aren't rich white men) in general. He made an amendment that would allow kids to attend dog/cockfights. It fortunately didn't pass. Also, he's currently trying to pass an amendment that would negate a whole bunch of farm animal welfare bills. They would worsen the lives of farm animals (which already is torture). He's completely insane.
