"The 36-year old moved to Palm Beach County from Mexico 20 years ago as a teenager to be near his brother, using what he thought was a valid visa. Ha has no criminal record."

Democrats need to stop this insanity. Felix Garcia is another case of someone who came here young (though not as a child) build a life here for 30 years, clean record, and about to be deported. People need help now.

Then there are all the other thousands of cases in process right now for deportation. People are getting immense support from their communities, Senators, Representatives, hospitals, and prominent businesses with little response.

Please spread the word to @nilc, @thedemocrats, @sendurbin, @aclu, @wapost, etc. Mods: feel free to move the thread.

I'm thinking he entered US after his 16th birthday, so he did not qualify. It says he moved here 20 years ago from Mexico.

nothing really new tbh... people get deported everyday, clean or with criminal record. thats just life.

comprehensive immigration reform is the key if u want all of this to end.

so instead of advocating for just a dream act for ALL childhood arrivals, u should be advocating for CIR. 11 million or bust.

OP, are you scared that your next because you dont have DACA and have an order of removal?

So he entered on a invalid visa, left the country with that invalid visa "some years later" and reentered on that invalid visa? Is something missing from this story?

You already know stories like this usually don’t make sense. The reporters writing them don’t know anything about how the immigration system works.

I wrote it because a lot of families are being destroyed.
