who ever here is gay or a lesbian would benefit. Its just like a spouse petitioning for their loved one; but this is about same sex couples.

Back in WWII, American soldiers went and fought in Europe... it happened that while that time, some of them fell for some women. They wanted to bring those women to the U.S. So that's how the whole sponsoring of family members came about.

Wouldnt it work like a regular straight marriage. The undocumented person would still have to go back and get that waiver ?? or am I wrong
