not misinformed chivas, you're just ignorant. API stands for "Asian Pacific Islander" meaning it includes asians, and pacific islanders. Not just Filipinos.

and gateway89, I don't know if you have gotten a hold of APALA (asian pacifc american labor alliance) their main office is in Seattle but I'm sure they have offices in CA. They deal with issues like labor laws, and support Dream and CIR.

I wish I was back in CA, i would of helped you out.
