Ekaterine Bautista used her Aunt's Identity (with her aunts permission) to enlist after 9/11. She served 6 years in the military and 13 months in Iraq.

I agree with the government on this on. Think about it, she joined the army under false identity. She was given weapons/training to use. This goes against the safety of Americans and goes against common sense. Honestly, she was really stupid for doing this. It reminds me of the guy that used his dead relatives documents to become a police officer. Okay, be patriotic, but be smart too. I hope she gets her papers though, she deserves it.

I agree, as much as I am proud of her. That is quite a crime.

Although its sad that she had to resort to using someone documents, i like the fact that she joined and served this country, many people know that their are a lot of us who are wishing for a chance to join. Good luck to her.
