The dream act doesn't need to be introduced as a stand alone bill, they can just add it as an amendment to a germane bill.

The dream act is not going to pass apart from CIR if these men have anything to do with it. Durbin is stuck in a pretty tough spot IMO, does he ignore the will of the leadership and try to pass dream separately from CIR this year?

sucks. we have to see if we can attach it to some bill. and you know what is the worse part? that most of the things reid doesn't want will eventually become law.
