It looks like the general trend of the govt is to spare DREAM students from deportation. Heated debate remains but any exposure of the DREAM act is good news:

I'm not sure where I read it, but someone from ICE (or it could have been another agency) stated that they tend to defer action for people with supporters from the community (schools, professors, churches, etc).

it is a good thing that still in the news, and it's good to hear that there is a chance of not getting deported if you're a DREAM student, which I qualify.
