How to start an organization in Las Vegas

Hello, I would like to take action and start a Dream Act organization in Las Vegas. How would I go about doing this? What are Dream Act organizations in other states doing to help get the Dream Act to pass? Etc.

Read with your friend the "Lobby and Organizing Resources from the United States Student Association". That should be a good resource on how to get involved as a group of organizers.
