BREAKING NEWS: No Dream ACT Vote until the Tax-cuts are Finish.

Around 9:58am Sen. Minority Leader Mitch McConnell have confirm that ALL 42 Republican Senators would vote against any bill that comes to the floor UNTIL the Tax-cuts are Finish and the Government is funded.

So this means the Dream Act would be voted when the Tax-cuts passed and they fund the government.
