Let Linda Solis do her job, in this case she is lobbying for Dream. Our job is to keep calling , faxing, e-mailing. Help yourself and fellow dreamers by posting comments which have "value" for our cause, I think we all know this is going to be hard and it is going to take a lot of work.

The original Dream Act did not have a age cap. You do know that right?

first of all I am not a kid, i am 24 years old and in the same situation as everyone here except for the fact that I dont sit on my ass and wait for something to happen, i go out and live my life as if i was born here and have managed to do so since the age of 10. If the bill doesn't pass next week then i will be in the same steps as DA user but i will not go around every forum thread in here posting messages that have no relevance to whats going on NOW.

Oskieo was not taking you to task on the basis of your age, but rather your intelligence, or utter lack thereof.

You original response to DA User was unwarranted as the premise of your argument, that 30 years in the U.S. should be more than enough time for one to adjust status, is completely incorrect.

As an illegal immigrant such as yourself, you should have some iota of knowledge surpassing the anti-immigrant conservatives in this country to know that for the majority of the approximately 12 million undocumented individuals in this country, THERE IS NO MOTHERFUCKING WAY TO BECOME LEGAL.

Rather than realize the truth of this matter, you resorted to using the same ridiculous logic as those who oppose us by wrongly convincing yourself that becoming legal is as simple as filling out some paper work. NOTE: THERE IS NO MOTHERFUCKING PAPERWORK .

In all, your single remark proved that the wisdom and superiority you implied by being a big 24 year old boy is nonexistent and a figment of your imagination.

you're wrong, i didnt imply that it was simple to become legal. Everyone that is a member in this group (the majority I suppose) is undocumented and many of us feel like we have the worst of luck (i came when i was 10 with my parents and brother and overstayed our visas, they're all permanent residents now except for me because i turned 18 before my parents fixed their status) and i go to school like most of us and if the dream act doesnt pass then i will find alternate ways of using my education to my advantage, even if i have to leave.
