President Barack Obama, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Majority leader Nancy Pelosi and the Congressional Hispanic Caucus leadership all agree on one thing for the lame duck session after Thanksgiving: we need to pass the federal DREAM Act now, so undocumented youth who have grown up in this country can finally serve in the armed forces and contribute to our coffers.

It's not only the right thing to do -- it is an economic benefit for the country and one step towards finding a solution to a broken immigration system.

The House is expected to take a vote this week, followed by the Senate. We have the House votes but lack the required 60 votes in the Senate.

Sign the email petition to wavering Democrats and Republicans, and make sure to get those calls in.

Conrad, Tester, Snowe, Murkowski,Brownback and Hutchinson. Hogans did a weird cut off so I'm not sure about that one.

All the rest still have room on their answering machine -- that means either that they are being cleared over the weekend, or we are not doing enough.
