I honestly think they're waiting for that vote on DREAM that Reid promised before he does something. I don't know if I'm just being overly optimistic or just stupid.

At this point, just an EO to halt deportations only is sufficient. Not sure what Obama is waiting for. Seriously you are not going to lose the election...simmer down and issue the order man! Grow a pair!
