Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia defended his inclusion of President Obama's immigration policy in a recent opinion on a controversial Arizona law targeting illegal immigrants."I did not say the president's statement was wrong," Scalia told C-SPAN in an interview to air this weekend.

I know right, Scalia is what's wrong with the supreme court. He participates in political fundraisers and argues not on behalf of the constitution but mostly what his contributors want, in this case they want to oppose Obama in everything including immigration.

In contrast, Thank God for Chief Justice John Roberts. A Republican nominated justice was the deciding vote to uphold Obama's health care reform. Just think of how he will rule in the future. Roberts is a legend. Hope he pulls the other hardcore conservatives towards the middle.
