Form i-821D Part 3 Question 1 Explanation

What should a good explanation include?

I'm thinking an explanation of the incident, an explanation of the information found--criminal history and court records, and a personal statement.

Does this sound ok?

If they give you space for additional information then why not?

Im not asking if I should. I know I have to. What Im asking is how to explain it.
