Work Permit Form?

I'm a little confuse on what form I have to fill up so I'm asking for help...

So what form do I fill up to apply for a work permit and can you please link me to it?

I graduated out of high school already. I do not plan to go to collage. I just want to work the rest of my life and support my family.
I never been convicted of a felony.
I been in California for more then 10 years.
Never been caught by the immigration....

Do I have to pay any fee and if so how much?

you do realize theres more to it than just filling out a work authorization application? but to answer your question the form is the I765 go to USCIS and its all there good luck do a little more reading.

For DACA you will need to fill all of these documents.

There are instructions for each of the forms and you can choose to print them or download them.
Also, if you want to receive a Text or Email about your DACA request then you will also need to file form G-1145 Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance.
