Okay, I got this from NILC and found it very helpful. However, I think the Justice Dep. already stated that they will not appeal the 5th Circuit decision with the Supreme Court. I also was in a phone conference of the same organization and, frankly, I agree with them. An appeal of this nature will send us straight into Judge Scalia. I remember he was against the original DACA. He can ask a panel of five to help him made the decision but it is something he may not ask. Honestly all the options seem pretty bad. If the upload does not work, please let me know.

Late 40's Dreamer (Holy Fucking shit I'm almost 50 and still dealing with this), aged out of original DACA and didn't have a chance to apply for extended DACA after Republicans killed it on the vine.

15 Panel of how many Obama appointed?

It looks like a decision can come any day now and if not then wait till July 6th?

Decision already came. July 6 is the hearing on the actual case which is much more important.
