Bizarre that Arizona may actually vote blue.
Quote:
Hillary Clinton holds a narrow lead over Donald Trump in Arizona, a state where a Democratic presidential nominee has only won once in the last 64 years.

A new survey by Phoenix-based OH Predictive Insights found the Democratic nominee leading her GOP counterpart by 3 points, 45 percent to 42 percent, in a four-way contest with Libertarian nominee Gary Johnson and likely Green Party nominee Jill Stein.

Johnson took 4 percent, Stein got 1 percent, and 8 percent remained undecided.

A OH Predictive Insights poll from June found Clinton leading Trump by 4 points in the state.

Pollster Mike Noble noted that Trump’s recent feud with parents of an Muslim U.S. soldier killed in the Iraq War may be having an impact on his numbers. The real estate mogul has tangled with Khizr Khan — the father of Army Capt. Humayun Khan, who was killed by a suicide bomber in 2004 — after he delivered a scathing rebuke of Trump during his speech last week at the Democratic National Convention.

Arizona has been viewed as safe GOP territory. Former President Bill Clinton was the last Democrat to carry the state, in 1996. The former secretary of State’s campaign has been zeroing in on more GOP-leaning states as she seeks to expand the map in a tighter-than-expected race against Trump.

A RealClearPolitics polling average shows Clinton and Trump in a virtual tie in Arizona.

The poll was conducted on Monday and surveyed 996 likely voters.
This is the same state where immigration is a hot topic, yet it goes for Hillary in this recent poll.

Isn't McCain for reelection this year too?

Hopefully he loses it.

McCain is up against Kirkpatrick. Last I heard he was struggling in the primary against Kelly Ward. Either way, I think McCain is prepared for the onslaught of latino voters that trump has pissed off. He openly acknowledged this would be the senate race of his life.

Arizona has the possibility of going blue and she might actually be polling higher, but the latino vote is always underrepresented in polls. If she continues to poll well her she might start investing in it as a battleground. She already stopped pouring money into Coloroda and Virginia as she is conifdent she will win those.

I really want to see a HUUUUGEEE! landslide. Nothing would make me happier than to see a state like Arizona go Blue. If Democrats win big, we might have witness the historical death of the GOP "SAD"!. I hope our fellow immigrants of all origins and colors go out and vote. I really hope so.

Man I'm sure you guys understand the frustration of this election .... but just imagine, the date is November 8th ... I'm going to cut myself off from the world a few days before and check the results on the 9th .... Oh God, I might die from the anticipation. I hope I survive and I hope I see Clinton has won. Life will feel whole again.
