Donald Trump’s first executive orders upon assuming the office of the presidency remain up in the air, incoming White House press secretary Sean Spicer said Thursday morning, with just hours to go until Trump is inaugurated

DACA is certainly getting repealed... There is a reason why Trump said that "at the end, I think they will be happy" when he talked about introducing legislation. Now, that doesn't mean that anything that he introduces will pass. Republicans and democrats are hard headed.

You don't know that. Even Trump doesn't know what he will do.

In fact I do. DACA can't continue forever. It either will get repealed and replaced with legislation at the same time or at a later date or be repealed and die. There is just too much political value here for politicians not to use it to advance their agenda.

We can't expect DACA to last during Trump’s presidency, that's a fact.

I only hope that when DACA is gone, congress would be sympathetic with our cause, in the end, all depends of their political interests and how the end of DACA will play out among civilians

Hopefully they will repeal DACA after they come up with something and not before.

It might pass since the republican congress is scared of Trump calling them out on teitter.

Daca is getting repealed for sure. Trump said himself he's getting of the "amnesty" Obama gave to hundred of thousands of illegal aliens
