Even if LPR

So it won't even matter if your case was dismissed etc.

I think this will be in the case of new criminal charges.

I doubt they will have money to go after every LPR that ever committed a minor offence.

Reminds me,

My grandmother is an LPR and she always gets questioned when some comes to the U.S about where she will stay...

She always tells them she comes to visit us.

Now things might change and they might start denying entry to people who come to see illegal immigrants.

It says it's possible. It doesn't mean it is.

I'm half hoping also LPR's. Make it clear that it's carte blanche on immigrants. It's time those guys picked a side.

What if you have a misdemeanor on your record, but the case is closed?

time to get it sealed/expunged. It's clear that there is no 'pay their dues' policy w/this administration.
