I read the article last night, and that's exactly how i interpreted it.

I mean it's all business, not personal. You have to remember that when dealing with ICE; but i can't imagine some of these agents don't enjoy destroying lives left and right. Just the same way i imagine some of these agents do feel compassion and are now troubled by these new enforcement rules.

As for some of them feeling compassion... You don't sign up for ICE unless you (at least somewhat) dislike immigration and immigrants in general

Have you talked to an ICE agent personally? Because i have. And i can tell you that despite reports on the news that they are ALL assholes and terrible people, I can tell you first hand that they aren't.

They are told to do their job, just like anyone else. Some of them may execute that job in very shitty ways and through ruses, but that doesn't mean you should throw them all in the same category.

These ice raids are routine and have been happening under bush and Obama the reason why they are putting on the news now is because they want trump to take credit for it.

Did you even read the article? While they were happening with obama they were linient on who is actually deported. I suggest you read the article
