i would not have qualify for 2010 Dream Act, if had it passed. cause my deportation order in 2009.

And 2017 is too board and covers pretty much everyone so it wont pass and nobody will qualify

Wait so basically people can qualify for the 2017 dream act if they worked with a valid EAD for at least 3 years?

does valid EAD means someone with Student Visa working part time legally for 3 years can qualify?

Here is official Senate bill but text is not release yet. but we got another co-sponsors.

But this bill does not call Dream Act.

Bills never pass exactly as introduced! They know there will be amendments plus don't forget there's Republican cosponsors. I think people are just being a little too negative this time around.

If DA Passes we will get Conditional Permanent Residency that comes with an EAD.. CPR is like daca that is good for 8 years.. On those 8 years you can apply for LPR if you worked for 3 years or 2 years of college/military.
