Has anyone who have traveled with AP had any issues with immigration and customs upon their return to the states or any issues from the country they were leaving from?

No issue, but it might take some time. If you have layover within US, just make sure there are some ample time between the flights.

I just got back from Colombia with AP. Defenitely agree to allow some ample time at all the airports (origin and destination). I landed in Miami, they had me wait in secondary inspection about 20 minutes and then stamped my passport and kept the AP doc, no questions asked, very easy.

Traveled with advanced parole last year, no issues. Paroled from Mazatlan, Mexico after 2 weeks of being there with AP. I landed in PHX no questions asked, I was in secondary inspection (normal for AP travel) 2 or 3 min. officer stamped my AP paperwork and passport and said “you’re good to go”.

Can you use AP to join a cruise? Asking for a friend.

Considering the way DACA is going, might be time to bite the bullet and try AP to clear EWI. My only fear is that while I don’t recall ever leaving the country after arriving, and my parents say no, I fear ending up like others have where they believe they have record of a second entry.

You could request an FOIA of your entry records.

Silly of me not to have thought of this. Have you done it? How was the process? Thanks!

my mother had did done several years ago for her immigration case. It took several months to get a response and then our attorney received a big dump of docs with several hundred pages. I suggest getting it done if you are unsure of your entries.
