Looks like there's already resistance from Dems.

first. it requires DREAMers to sign an order waving their legal rights in advance, which could allow them to be quickly deported without a day in court, based on a little more than an allegation from the Trump Administration that they feel to meet the bill's strict requirements.

this alone should sink this bill,

wtf really? we will be signing to waive our 5th amendment due process rights?

My thoughts exactly. With all the anti immigration officials now at DHS, they could simply deny your application because they want to and then you qualify for expedited removal. If this wasn't included in the bill then I would be for it.

Durbin is a good man if he says its a bad bill then its a bad bill. I dont know why the repubs had to go and write yet another twisted version of the Dream Act. I see how they are expecting this bill to bring in billions of dollars by selling us temporary legal presence for 5 years, then we have to prove ourselves again in 5 more years. Smh i see the malicious intent. Might not be a popular opinion. However i must say it.

This bill won’t pass as is. Dems won’t back it with good reason. Succeed Act is a Chinese counterfeit version of the Dream Act. Plus why would Dems compromise from the getgo. Chill your tits guys.

This bill would have us walking on egg shells for 15 years in fear one wrong turn will lead to our deportation
