At a news conference in downtown Los Angeles, De León commended Sen. Kamala Harris for pledging to block the measure, saying he could not understand why her colleague Sen. Dianne Feinstein had failed to take a similar stance in pushing for legislation to protect the so-called Dreamers, immigrants brought to the country illegally as children.

“Dreamers make up hundreds of thousands of Sen. Feinstein’s constituents, and while talking a good game on Dreamers, when it comes to standing up and supporting them, she is AWOL,” said De León (D-Los Angeles), who has attempted to position himself to Feinstein’s left as he campaigns for her seat.

Interesting article capitalizing on Dreamers ....

De León said they had made that message clear to Schumer, saying, “It is time to find your spine, sir.” To Pelosi and Feinstein, he said: “Don’t come back to California if you haven’t demonstrated your leadership and your courage to stand up for these young men and women.”
Ouch... Him, I like.

Kevin de Leon is going to beat her. She will never live down how she turned her back on our communities. California has the most dreamers, the goblin is done

Both, would be an awkward introduction if he won.

Feinstein needs to go! Everyone that lives in California should encourage their families and friends that can legally vote to go out and vote against her. She is currently leading in the polls by 20 points. We can NOT have her represent California any longer.

Leading amongst Democrats or in the general?
California has a top two general, regardless of party, right? Do you think we could get a Feinstein v. De León?

Leading in both Democrats and General and yes California has the top 2 regardless of party. So most likely it will be Feinstein vs De Leon.

She’s only leading because he is relatively unknown. However, progressive groups will endorse him. He will most likely win the Latino vote.
