Mulvaney on FNC: "Wall is only 1 of the 4 principles"

On FNC Sunday with Chris Wallace, Mulvaney claimed there was no offer for "appropriations for the wall" that Schummer offered. However, when Chris grilled him on whether Trump would accept such deal, he brought up the other 3 principles (chain migration etc). Basically Trump is not out to make a deal no matter what. They will just keep moving the ball and asking for more. Dems must hold the shutdown until Trump caves.
