Lose DACA and you are deported

More precisely, the administration has expanded the list of “enforcement priorities” to the point that there aren’t any priorities in practice. At present, nearly any non-citizen who has ever been convicted or charged with a criminal offense is a priority. It doesn’t matter whether the conviction or charge was for bank robbery or entering the United States without inspection.

If they don't, we are screwed. DACA will get rescinded one way or another, the court can only delay, but can't save it.

It's sad because DACA is no longer a priority in Congress agenda. Before you will get a lot of updates from any news outlet but now it's gone into hibernation. This is really frustrating.

Nah. Thats what democrats want. Sadly for them the gop controls the agenda and they will push to change the current immigration system.

Until the Supreme Court is on the brink of ruling this down, we will not see any sort of relief or extension of DACA. I’m confident tho there will be some sort legislative extension of DACA if the court strikes it down. Until then people lay low, no DUI and any other preventable problems.
