I very much support South Carolina @AGAlanWilson efforts - along with Texas and other states - to challenge Obama’s Executive Action on DACA.

NO president has the authority to unilaterally change immigration laws and grant mass amnesty.

DACA should be fixed by Congress

Flake’s 3-3 deal or the Bridge Act is looking real good right now sigh, I’ll take anything to stop
This mess

We've tried going the Congress route. What did that get us? Jack shit. Only way we can have something happen is if Dems take back the House and the Senate jumps on board to finding a solution.

Best chance something will pass is if DACA is eliminated. That is the only way congress will act. As long as DACA is alive and renewal are being taken, there is zero pressure on Congress to act
