Sinister

On Tuesday, a new policy kicks in, allowing officers with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to outright deny any visa or green card application that is missing evidence or contains an error.

Omgs sinister... This is getting old.

I advice you use a competent lawyer when applying.

Well if you lack evidence or have errors then by definition it should be denied. Makes sense to me. Pretty crazy that they were approving without evidence.

Looks like the world is righted back into rightful order.

You guys forget that its USCIS that approves/denys our DACAs..? What makes you guys think this also won't be applicable to us as well?

Many responses cited technicalities: One application was not accepted because the seventh page, usually left blank, was not attached. Another was rejected because it did not have a table of contents and exhibit numbers, even though it had other forms of organization.

I am thinking they are trying to raise the standard for computing purposes.

What I want to know, when they deny them, is a rejection or plat out denial that they can't apply again?
