I think it means that Obama's DACA is fully restored. While it asks congress to grant us Green Cards as well as a path to Citizenship.

No, just that DACA is safe, and the Biden administration will do what it can to push for immigration reform. Biden can't give us Green Cards without Congress passing a bill.

Is there any text of this Defend "Dreamers" program for undocumented young Americans? There is already a good Dream Act...why water it down?

At the very least, he can and should make changes to DACA to remove the arbitrary cut off date to make it inclusive for all dreamers who came as kids. It's the right thing to do.

Exactly. While we actually wait for comprehensive reform. Dreamers are not just limited to folks who were under the age of 31 in 2012. This is the false narrative being perpetuated by folks especially by those in the media which makes it even more difficult for everyone else.

The narrative is out there to create sympathy for the dreamer population and to garner bipartisan support. I think the actual number of dreamers is close to 3-4 million... as a population.
