How many of you were successful in going early for biometrics?

I've done it before for DACA and it was fine. But this time it says NYC center and I'm going to go to the Philly one 3 weeks earlier because I'm going to be in Texas for a work trip the day my biometrics appt is scheduled. I know going early isn't usually a problem but is going to another center an issue? My lawyer seems to think it'll be fine. What has been your guys experience?

For me, it was fine but you need to go early so they will take you but for me this was back in 2019 and told them that I will be out of town during the bio appointment.

Because of covid they only see the people schedule for that day, no one else.

Are they scheduling in-person biometrics for renewals? They waived mine due to covid even tho my city has very low covid case rates right now

to update you guys, I went to the philadelphia application support center, drummond rd, and I got to do it weeks early. she didn't even bother to look at my appt date.
