Nah, ww3 isn't going to happen. Iran is too weak to stand against the US. They need nukes or anything big but don't have a real plan to get them. I just don't see a way Iran can hold on. And the US is definitely involved. Nobody is fooled, trump basically admits it every half hour. Not even support from world powers russia and China.

Worst case scenario, the US ends up in another Iraq style situation.

Most likely scenario, the US helps with a few bombing missions and continues to provide Israel with resources.

It is worth pointing out that the US president does not want to get involved, otherwise he would have already given the bombing orders.

This could easily get really expensive for him. Even a bombing mission can easily cost 1 Billion dollars.
The president needs that money to deploy troops in places like California.

Politically, he might not be able to recover if he puts troops on the ground in Iran. Once you have a dead US Soldier, some Republicans in the House and Senate will start turning on him and this will give Democrats a lot of ammunition for the Mid-term elections.

Decision will come in 2 weeks.

Word on the street is that is that it will happen over the weekend cuz Trump doesn’t want it to affect the markets lol.

Only good news from this is that there is more infighting in MAGA and if the “peace” President starts another war in the Middle East, he will lose some supporters.

I certainly want the world to rebalance. Tired of the cruelty, two facedness, and hypocrisy of what's going on in there. But iran just doesn't have that capability. Not without significant backing from China and Russia who both are too chicken shit scared to do anything.
