i am going to mail every senator about the dream act (well except those that are undecided). Anybody know where i can get the latest contact addresses for all the senators?

i found these addresses http://www.senate.gov/general/contac...nators_cfm.cfm but do you guys sending it there would be effective? or would it just go into a mass mail room where it wont be even looked at

Yes, it will be much more effective then not sending it at all.

Mail takes up to two weeks to be sorted by the senate mail room and delivered to the senators. What the senators do with it nobody knows, chances are it'll be forwarded to an aide that deals with that type of legislation. . . or maybe the senator opens up his own mail.

Regardless, sending the letters can't hurt.

i guess i will send it to the D.C addresses. i wanted to send it to the Senators' home offices but after doing some research, thats going to be rather hard. Especially since most senators have more than 3 home state offices.

Getting any kind of response or effect seems to be best if i just send it into the senators' D.C office.

Definitely target Mark Begich. I finally found his stance on immigration, and it seems he supports immigration reform which is good. Look at #12 on link below.
