On Friday, Immigration and Customs Enforcement released a memo stating that the agency would not use personal information submitted through the Affordable Care Act (ACA) website to enforce immigration law.

I'm happy and grateful that people are reading the story, but I would prefer if people could link to the original article instead of linking to other websites that cut and paste my content. And for the sake of this DREAMer keeping her job, I'd sincerely appreciate the views too.

Here's my article that hispanicallyspeaking used: http://thinkprogress.org/immigration...a-deportation/

I clicked your link. Good shit. Had an idea this was the status quo for a while, but I'm curious, how many here live in mixed status families who can benefit? I have two younger bros who can. Need to get around to doing some research cause chances are my parents never will.

Thanks so much! I know that undocs do not qualify for ACA, period. But if your siblings are legal, they should be able to qualify for the ACA. Here's the official healthcare.gov White House website that breaks it down by immigration status: https://www.healthcare.gov/immigrati...e-marketplace/

(I also have a simple breakdown on the TP blog: http://thinkprogress.org/immigration...ypes-coverage/)

Hope that helps!
