If Graham and Flake vote no, no Dem should vote yes.

To be honest, he doesn't have to because the House GOP can't get their own votes for their bill, anyway. The idea that they can get whatever they want without giving Democrats anything while insisting that Democrats should vote for the spending bill is so stupid. Likewise, if Democrats vote for their bill, that is equally stupid.

And, look at what a House Republican said last night. They absolutely need Democrats in the House soon or later because they can't get away with CRs forever.
=====
“We don’t need any Democrats in the House,” boasted senior appropriator Rep. Tom Cole (R-Okla.). “And I don’t think the Democrats in the Senate have the nerve to shut down the government.”

GOP SC Sen Graham: I think we’re back in the land of CR’s anybody who thought you could get defense funding without doing DACA was pretty naive.

Haha GOP took Dems for fools for far way too long. Trust me , Trump and the White House don’t want Graham as an enemy.

So if shutdown does happen, how will it benefit a DACA fix?

Both sides will be forced to come to an agreement to reinstate the government. The country can't operate without a government.

It can force gop to pass something for us. They could use the blame game but since most have said they supported to help us it seems illogical form them not to do anything for us when the majority of the country supports us.
