Video Project - Don't Pass the DREAM Act!!

So the idea is to take all the nativist-speak against us and make it sarcastic.

Example:

• Don't pass the DREAM ACT... This country doesn't need an educated workforce.

etc.

So let's find all the vile things that they say about us and expose them for what they really are...BULLSHIT.

So I'm asking the dap community to find all the stupid irrelevant arguments they make AGAINST dream act and post them here and suggest how we can counter them.

Don't pass the DREAM Act.. We don't need their taxes.

Don't pass the DREAM Act.. A 3 month old should be responsible for their actions.

Don't pass the DREAM Act.. We don't need any more nurses, teachers, etc

Don't pass the DREAM Act.. I'm intimidated by people who speak better English than I do. (I'm intimidated by people who speak English good, lol)

Bad at this, but here I go:

Don't pass the DREAM Act....... Because once they have their licenses, they'll bomb the country. (Reason, as far as I know, why the CA governor doesn't give out licenses to undocumented people; for then they wll be a "treath" to national security.)

Don't pass the DREAM Act...... Because lazy, dirty and ignorant students who worked hard for their Master's don't deserve to work in this country.

Don't pass the DREAM Act...... Or U.S. born citizens will no longer have a spot in colleges and universities.

Don't pass the DREAM Act..... We can't have them get a good insurance and seek medical help if needed.

Don't pass the DREAM Act..... Unless you want to compete with someone who has an education and can speak two or more languages!!!!!

America should teach children take responsibilities for their parents. Send them WHERE THEY BELONG. Say No to DREAM Act!

A few reasons (combined into one):

Because blaming talented, motivated students and potential service members who've been here since they were small children and grew up American is the just, moral and patriotic thing to do.

Don't pass the dream act...we are currently confronting America's most protracted war, give these young individuals a chance to pursue their American identity!
