Can i sue this state too ? man ima sue it screw it im wasting my youth with out being able to drive safely and due to that i dont even feel like going out later than freakin 12am like to the discotecas and all that good stuff

Why do you even want to go to those places? That's the worst scenario for any of us. Past midnight, drunk people, fights, trouble, etc. Just stay home and have fun in some other ways that are not with irresponsible people.
