Read the damm article. A person who distributes drugs? hmm DA eligible?

He has to have a felony count on him though.

It seems he is removable permanently for several of the alleged acts he committed.The charges he is facing surely insures he is not a potential dreamer.

I dunno, but I think distributing drugs is a pretty bad offense and I think its one of the offenses that will disqualify you from the DA.
